Players can see their abilities and Stats with the help of the Status window which is similar to Game Stats. They saved people from these Monsters and Started completing the Floors of Towers. Players gained popularity and were seen as Symbol of Hope against these Monsters.
To defeat a Guardian, around 4-10 experienced players are required. He takes all of the players to a secret cave. But, one of the members is injured, He needs a Potion to recover his health which he dropped while running.
There are some times when the story gets a little slow and boring but There are BIG reveals and unboxings later on in the story...
But Stories have rather a similar outlook that differences...
Hunters, Monsters, Gates and Weak to Strong Protagonist...
Well, It doesn't even matter anymore as their levels keep on increasing and we are enjoying them anyway.
Some differences can only be summarized if you watch them...
Let's see what's so different in The Player that Can't level up!!
18 years ago, The world changed by the law of nature. A Huge Tower with numerous floors emerged from the ground. Gates and Monsters started to appear everywhere. Similarly, Humans started to gain Special Superhuman abilities...They were called Players.

As the Times passed, Players are common nowadays and Many Players formed their own guilds. National Player Associations are formed by the Country officials to keep control over the gates and the Guilds.
In such powerful players, some players are beyond powerful and can be called Superhumans. They have a Unique Ability which makes them 10x powerful compared to normal players.
Our protagonist is Kim Gigyu, a Korean youngster who has a Sister who goes to school and A Mother who is sick. (Does it sound familiar??...uhh).

Kim Gigyu fails to get accepted into a renowned guild. But He doesn't get too affected by it as it was his Birthday and goes home. His sister gives him a surprise cake and also a letter. The letter was from the Korean Player association accepting him as an Awakened Player.
Kim Gigyu was so happy to see the letter since he can earn a lot more money and finally treat her sick mother.
He goes to association headquarters and sees his status window. He was a Unique Ability user. The Unique ability users are the rarest players among players. They have a lot more potential than any other person.
Just at the moment, Yoo Sukwoo happens to be there. He takes on Kim Gigyu as his guide for the tutorial floor.
Yoo Sukwoo is the new unique ability user who is also the same age as Gigyu. They instantly become friends. Yoo tells Gigyu about his powers and Also how to get stronger.
Yoo Sukwoo can kill 100 goblins in just 10 minutes.
But for Gigyu...
Even After 5 years have passed, It takes 1 hour to kill 1 Goblin. Kim Gigyu is still a Level 1 Player and His Unique ability is still blank.
He has got a job to be a tutorial guide in the association but He is still a Level 1 player. The rumours about his not levelling up have spread all over the association and Hence, Not many Players are satisfied by his teaching. Hence, the association gets many complaints about him.
The Director of the Association, Taeshik Hyung is helping Gigyu as he is a hard worker and also has some past connections with the association.
Taeshik tries to help Gigyu to the best of his ability. The news of the first S rank gate in America is on TV and the world has fallen into a crisis situation. Many Elite Players are mobilized to help the Americans and Safety procedures are in place. But, Kim. Gigyu has no chance to help them.
Teashik told him that someone has specially requested him as their tutorial guide for the next day. It was Seonpil and his friends, Yoo Sukwoo's younger cousin. They together clear the 3/5 stages of the Tutorial easily as Gigyu guides them. On the 4th Floor, The Dusty Clouds rose up from far away. After being 5 years in Tutorial Floors, Gigyu has the knowledge about everything that happens here. He knows that Tutorial Floors are not man-made... They are also the parts of The Tower... People can lose their lives... A Guardian is the main boss of a floor which appear in a specific period. But, By some misfortune situations, The Guardian of 4th Floor has appeared in front of them.

He tells the player to stay on guard and he will give a flare signal to get back up.
Gigyu heads out and fires the flare gun and looks for the Potion. The Guardian suddenly attacks Gigyu from the back and gives him a deep wound. Running around as the Guardian Follows Gigyu, He reaches a Dead-end where he sees a massive Door waiting for him...
It was Floor 5 of the test. He sees this as an opportunity to avoid certain death... He opens the door and sees himself on the 5th Floor.
Surprisingly, A Small Goat appears in front of Gigyu as his test. He has to kill the Goat to clear the Floor. Gigyu kills the Goat in a single slash and gets a reward message. As he sees the message, he falls unconscious...
When he opens his eyes, He sees himself in Hospital with his sister. He has cleared the floor and also saved Seonpil and the other players. It was a reward for him.
But there was also one more reward waiting for him... The 5th Floor reward. It unlocked his Unique Ability- Ego's Partner.
An Ego is something that has personality and human emotions. An Ego weapon is a rare weapon and not many people can use them.
Gigyu's unique ability gives him free control of Egos and he can link with any item which has Ego. Depending on his power he can control their powers. Unfortunately, He was still Level 1.
He gets an Ego as a reward. He names it Lou.
Luo happens to take the shape of Sword by devouring monster cores. The Sword is no ordinary sword. It was Lord of Demon Swords.
Lou has a dark personality but Gigyu was able to take him under control.
Gigyu was able to use Lou's powers to some extent. Luo can absorb blood from the enemies to level up. This was some kind of Demonic art that makes him stronger with each battle.
Gigyu became stronger and stronger with each passing day.
To get more experience, He goes to F Rank Gate with a party. He becomes the MVP at his first raid. He gains many new skills like 'Cannibalism': Recovers health by devouring corpses. Just when he was about to leave the place, He hears a voice calling for him. It was a sword with an Ego. Gigyu links with the Swords and gives the Name 'Elle'. The Sword was Lord of Holy Swords... It has the power to recover health and Stamina.
Gigyu completes Floor 6th,7th and so on with a remarkable speed. He gets more and more money which he uses to switch her mother to an Association Hospital with the help of Taeshik.
Taeshik gives him special treatment as he knows Gigyu's family conditions.
Gigyu gets a call from the Hospital. The Doctor tells the condition of his mother is very critical and there is no hope for her. She has almost 3 months to live.
Gigyu was devastated by his statement...
With suppressing his emotions, Gigyu heads into Floors and let's lose his rage... Even after a month, Gigyu was hunting inside the Floors. Carrying loads of Bags and Monster Stones. Seeing his desperate struggle to save his mother, Taeshik tells him about an item that can cure any disease and illness. An Elixir.
But, there are only 3 in existence and they were used. They all were obtained through rewards for Maze Gate. Fortunately, The third maze gate was discovered in America recently. Taeshik gives this opportunity to go into Maze gate to Kim Gigyu.
But, The Maze Gate is not any ordinary Gate... The Strongest Players in the World Iron Shield, Athena, The Demon King and Many others will be present at the moment to take the Elixir. It will not be an easy task.
