The Magic of Melvinger won the war but in return lost countless lives of thier family. The greatest magician in the world, The magician of the sky, Usdon Melvinger was the main hero of this war.
The last remaining magicians of the magic family were the parents of Elric Melvinger, our protagonist. But, Due to the post effects of the war, Both his mother and father eventually lost their lives. Elric and his older sister were the only siblings left in this world. As the last man of Merbringer family, Elric also beacme the head of the Prestigious Melbringer family.
Right after that, Every relative of melvinger family severed their ties and left the siblings on their own. The reason for their betrayal was Elric himself.
Elric was not suitable to be the Head of the Melvinger family. Despite being the Grandson of the Greatest magician Usdon, Elric can't use basic magic. He has a rare disease called Blockage Disease which blocks the user from using magic. (It's self-explanatory)
Despite that, Elric got admission to Usdon Magic Academy. He was a top student in every theory exam but when it came to practical magic tests... He failed. He has failed for 4th time now and it's time for his expulsion.

He speaks about the Dungeon Location with the Dean of Usdon Academy. The Dean Barracks never liked Elric so he doesn't trust him. Elric bets with the Dean, about the dungeon's true location and gets his permission to lead the excavation.
Dean agrees, but just on one condition... If Elric fails, He has to give him the Family Treasure of the Melvinger Family. The Pendant (Heirloom) which was passed down to the head of the Melvinger Family by the First Magician.
Well... Elric Accepts it.
This was the other personality of Elric.
Elric has two nicknames in Academy... One being the Shame of Melbringer and the Other Being the Worst of Melvinger.
If someone hits Elric once... Elric will hit him until he is close to death.
Elric and Sean take the expedition team to the location of the dungeon... With many struggles and tests, Elric leads the way into a dungeon with his theory knowledge. Eric uses his Melbringer intuitions and knowledge to clear the tests of the dungeon.
In the End, They find an immeasurable amount of gold and magic items that were never seen insde the dungeon. It was like a treasure room of gods. In the middle, There was a skeleton of a dragon.
Just when Elric was being ambushed by Barrack's men and betrayed, The Skeleton of the dragon attacks the team.
The surprise attack from the dragon took someone's leg and eyes in a single attack...
Elric sees the Dragon and knew the dragon was also part of the test. An unknown power emerges in his eyes... Elric knew his eyes were special but to think these eyes will be more useful in the dragon dungeon.
He saw every attack before it came and took everyone out of the dungeon safely.

Their fight resulted by the Death of Shainark and Mephistopheles being sealed in this lance.
The Demon King was waiting for someone who pull the Lance and pass the test. To be his new vessel for his revival. Elric was the new vessel. He tries to take over Elric's body with his power.

Elric goes outside to know his true powers since he has gained magic from Dragon Shainark and uses dragon tongue magic. His blockage is totally cured.
He comes to know about his late father's wish to visit his family house in Yeti Highlands.

The animation and visuals are godly. I promise you will enjoy every scene in this manhwa. The graphics and arts are truly beautiful and magnificent.
I can't even tell you how great work it is... Honestly, It's way too good.
The fight scenes are good okay but compared to the arts it is too lacking and the feels kinda lazy. But, It does explain the power level of the characters.
However, Don't be fooled by such excuses... Talent swallowing magician is one the best upcoming manhwa in 2022.
With about 50+ chapters... Talent swallowing magician is a great time of entertainment.
