Assassins , The one who kill to preserve peace and fight for their masters. The Only Ruthless Killers to kill without any questions asked and Mercy for the enemy. 
Just like how Killua used to be from Hunter × Hunter. 
The World's Finest Assassin 

Our protagonist is an Assassin in real world, born and raised by an Organization which creates Assassins. Thus , He has No name. He is considered to be best in his profession and he has never ever failed his mission. 
Due to his Profession as an Assassin , He never lived a normal life nor ever get to experience Love. He was just a tool for the organization he worked and does all  killing of other competitors for his Boss .
On his last mission before his retirement, He gets killed in a Plane Hijack and Gets Crashed . 
He realizes that he is betrayed by his own Boss and oraganzation for which he had lived. 
As He is drifting towards the Doors of Hell , A Goddess appears before him and Tells her about his death and Afterlife.
She Gives him two options ,

First ,To have his soul cleansed and be reborn again as a new baby. He will lose all his memories and become a different person .
Second , accept the proposal to be Reincarnated in other world and in exchange, He is allowed to keep all his memories , knowledge and experience of past life .

As an assassin , He knows that there is always a price to be paid for any reward in the world. He asks the conditions for the second choice ..
As the World's Finest Assassin ,  The Goddess wants him to be reincarnated in the Fantasy World of Sword and Magic and By his skills assassinate the Strongest Person of the World ,The Brave Hero.

The Hero will save the world from the Demon king in 16 years and He will cause chaos and destruction because of his power over the world. 
So ,The Deadline for his mission will be 18 years after his Reincarnation /Birth. 
He can't kill the Hero before 16 years as He will not be able to kill Demon king otherwise and World will be destroyed.  He needs to kill the Hero after he takes care of the Demon king. 
As a reward, He also gets to choose his own 5 skills from all the Skills sets. 
The hero is born with 30 Skills so he need to select these skills wisely. 
As a assassin, He needs the skills perfect for assassination of a Hero. 
The Goddess also gives him permission to save the world without killing the Hero, If it's possible that is....
After his mission , He can live his life freely in this new world .

With the blessing of the Goddess , Our Protagonist World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated as a Lugh Tuatha De'. The Second and Only son of Tuatha De' Baron Family (Family of Assassins) of Alvan Kingdom. 
His Father Cian Tuatha De' is an Assassin and Noble of Kingdom. 
His mother Essly Tuatha De' is beautiful woman who loves him more than anything in the world .
The Tuatha De' Family has supported  the Country and the Alvan Kingdom from the internal disputes and lesions for many generations. It is a duty of Tuatha De' Family to assassinate any minor and major threats which can damage the future and name of Alvan Kingdom .
After 7 years ,
Lugh trains daily to maintain his physic and become sharp as an eagle. 
He has his past life memories and all the experience he can possibly need to become assassin . But due to his new Body he has train and eat nutritious food. 
He can cook himself and has a smart brain to learn anything in short time. 
Lugh is taught medical skills and assassination skills by his father who is a professional Doctor . Lugh is trained to become the successor of Assassin Aristocrat. 
Dai Viecone ,One of the 5 Best magicians of Swoigel Kingdom is appointed as Magic Teacher for Lugh. As great she is, Dai is just 3 years older than Lugh. Lugh being reincarnated and has all over developed brain. With his knowledge of past life he can understand Magic at molecular levels .
He has affinity for all the Elements Fire, Water, Wind and Earth ...By the Goddess Blessing he has self chosen skills and not to mention Tuatha De' assassin skills.

How many years old is Nobita and his Friends in Doraemon ?

Doraemon was one of the biggest and most famous cartoon show of Japan and it got a huge Fan base all around the World . During the show Nobita Nobi is probably 10-12 during the show .
