After completing his college , Finally Our Protagonist is on a date with his  girlfriend ! He was going to have fun and good day in his life , but suddenly and Truck ruins everything .
The Truck comes out of nowhere and was going to struck his girlfriend but He pushed her in time and closes his eyes as truck gives him a kiss. 
Our protagonist , Opens his eyes and finds himself lying on ground ... Everything is in flames ...It was like End of the world .. He realize, He can't even move or talk . 
An old man with big long beard comes to him and picks him up and Says he will have him. BUT as he sees in his eyes... He sees himslef ..In the form of Baby !! 
Yes , Our protagonist got reincarnated in a different world as a baby . The old man is General of Jongnam Clan , Subeok Sahyung.
Jongnam Clan is one of the main clans of country. They have many secrets and have great martial art masters in its history .
Sahyung gives the child to Chung-Jin and tells him to take care of the Child. Chung-Jin is the young master of clan and never had a disciple . Chung-Jin takes responsibility of Child and Gives him his Name Gun-Chung (Well , He is not fan of the name though). 
As years pass , Gun Chung sees Chung-Jin train and even though he can't talk or walk , He learns martial arts by watching  his master. Chung-Jin sees the potential of Gun and starts training him Jongnam Clan martial arts. 
After years of training , Gun Chung turns 10 years old and his ability to use secret techniques and skills were beyond his own master. 
Gun had his previous memories and as an adult by mental ability , He has all the capacity to learn anything just by reading it once . He started creating his own martial arts and By using his immence capacity for Chi (Internal Energy / Mana Capacity) , He develops many new skills and even learns of Secret Technique through books from Jongnam secret library. 
Seeing his potential, Sahyung comes to a conclusion.. He has lived enough long and now he wants to rest. He lives his Final Will to Gun-Chung by giving his own Pure Chi of his remaining life-force. He believes Gun-Chung will revive Jongnam Clan and take it to its original position. He seals his internal Chi in Gun and goes to rest in peace .
