Choi Kang Woo, our Main Protagonist is An Insurance Investigation Examiner of Taeyang Life Insurance company.  
He is a examiner for the Insurance Claims from the Company and Investigates the Claiming Clients . 
There are people who make false paper work to get money from the Insurance companies in Millions and Scam Them . This money is in Millions of Won and as the Money is from the Insurance Company , Normal People never pay attention to such Scams . 
Due to rise in The Insurance Fraud Industry 
The Insurance company has to establish a Claims Examiner Committee to Investigate such Claims.

Choi Kang Woo was working for Taeyang Insurance Company as Insurance Inspector until In a Plane Crash , His Wife and Son lost their lives.
The Reason for the Plane crash was The Pilot , Kim Bum-jun Who was attempting Suicide to get Money form the Insurance company for his Brother . 
The Taeyang Insurance Company refuse for the Investigation as the case gets too messy and the Name of Company would be more damaged if dragged further investigation.

In a Frustration of his Big loss of Family, Choi Kang Woo resigns from the Company and Goes on the Hunt like a Mad Dog. 
He established the Private Investigation Firm 'Mad Dog Cooperative' . The Members of Mad Dog are (Boss) Mr. Choi Kang woo , Jang Ha-ri (Player Jang) , Nu-Ri  (Pentium -Hacker) ,  Park Soon-Jung (Cheetah - ex-Gangstar) .
Together they illegally Investigate many Frauds and Scams . They save live and even get rewards from the Insurance Companies. 
Yet , They haven't found any evidence on the Plane Crash . Choi Kang helps as many families to Get their Insurance Claims as his Salvation. 

A Building gets Collapsed in the middle of Day . The tenants from the building get injured and nowhere to go. The Landlord and Construction Company of the Building (Ahn Constructions ) gets involved but they prove that they are not responsible for the Collapse of the Building as the Building was built with Good Materials and Get Maintainance . They want to claim for the Insurance of the Building for 3.4 Billion Won . 
The Tenants of Building Stand outside the Taeyang Insurance Company requesting for an Investigation . 
Choi kang wo , investigates into the Case and Finds that the Building was Poorly Built. The Building Started to Shake and The Billboard (Advertising Board) above the Building fell on the Building hence the Building Collapsed by its Force .

Kim Min-jun from Ahn Construction has some Better ideas than Mad Dog .
He Tells Mr.Choi that The Mad Dog won't be able to prove that the Building was built Poorly . 
Mr.Choi And Kim Min-Jun Bet their most important personal things on the Case . 

Kim Min-Jun wins the Bet and Claims the Ownership of most important thing of Mr.Choi , " Mad Dog " .

Kim Min-Jun reveals his Identity as He is none other than,  The Brother of The Pilot (Kim Bum-Jun) who suicide-crashed the Plane on which  Mr.Choi's Family faced their death .
