Action ,Romance ,Comedy and Thriller, not to mention some really scary and horror Movies are really starting to get up vote by audience and New watchers of Netflix And other OTT platform viewers.
Earlier in mid - 2021,Money heist got a tremendous amount of Stars and huge success with audience and people around the world. It's unique Story and costumes shared a special bond and history with people's heart and mind.
Squid Game is the new Money heist of Korea. The problem statement and costumes of Squid Game similar to Money heist but the Story is totally Opposite .
South Korea is supposed to be 2nd largest country with 45% of its population in Debt for House loans and other non- government Third party loans. Some People in South korea have debt of about 1 billion S.korean won, which equals around a Million US dollar. That's a huge loan for Normal People around the world.
Many Loan Shark Companies and agencies track these people and loan them money for huge interest like 30% and Loot money by deceiving these people. The life of Debtors become miserable and can be called ' Hell ' .
One of these many debtors is our main protagonist Seong Gi-hum. He lives with his mother who is aged past 80 and has Diabetes. Seong has a daughter and her wife left him and married another person. Now that Seong was Debtor, He was unable to take care of his Daughter so his wife took her custody.
Seong Gi-hun never had a choice ,He just needs money in his life as many Loan Sharks and Agencies were after him. After losing everything in his life and having a bad day too, Seong Gi-hun is approached by An Agent (Role Played by Gong Yoo). The Agent plays a gane with Seong and tells him if he wins he will pay him 100000 won and if he loses he will have to pay the agent 100000 won. Having nothing , Seong agrees but loses the first game. Seong refuses to pay but the Agent Slaps him .Yeah Just Slaps him on the face and says He won't ask for money if he slaps him.
After many rounds of losing ,Seong finally wins a round and The Agent pays him 100000 won. Delighted Seong becomes proud of himself for working so hard and getting beaten to earn 100000 won. The Agent gives him a card of •∆[] Sign and a number and tells him to call the number if he would like to win more money.
Seong Gi-hun takes the card And thinks hard while going home and finally makes a decision to make a call.
After arriving at the Game Station, Seong is Given a number 456 which happens to be the last number for a player. There are 1-456 numbered Players. One of them is Cho Sang-woo who is like a brother to Seong and knows him from Childhood. Around 10 People Dressed in Red and Having mask of Circle ,Triangle and a Square walk through the door to greet the Players. The Square Face tells them they are here yo join the Game and If they win ,They can get all the money which they will win After every contest.
The Contestants are given only the Non-Disclosure Agreement and 3 Rules for Game.
1) Once started ,Player cannot quit the game .If Player refuse to play ,Player will be eliminated.
2) If player loses or break the rules of Game ,Player will be eliminated.
3) If majority of Players refuse to play the game ,Game can be stopped .
These are the main rules of every game.
The First Game : Red Light Green Light.
The Game Children used to play in School in Korea is the first game of Tournament . One Doll is standing a a tree and turns her head to tree to say "Red light ,Green light " and again turns back to watch Players to see if they are moving .Player has to cross the line without being watched moving by the doll in the 5:00 min Game.
As the game starts the Doll Starts by saying the song of the game ,Red Light - Green Light . The players run forward and stop as the doll turns her head.
Just at the moment, The very front player moves and the Doll senses the movement thought the camera in her eyes. As soon as she senses the movement of the player, A gunshot is heard and the player drops on the ground. Everybody thinks this is an act but as the second player goes bear the dropped player, he sees the blood dropping from his mouth and starts running backwards. The doll senses the movement of the second players and the blood of Second player splasesg on the girl standing front of second player. As she screams Players starts running back to the Door they came from but it is locked .
The doll senses everyone who moves and starts shooting them with snipers and players dropping dead .
