Plunder is a word meaning to ' snatch or take away .' I know some of us might know it because of many animes. 

 Plunderer is a love  story of a taking away lives of others. The anime that takes a love story beyond the boundaries of Itself. 
A world saving Anime.

The story involves a World which is only  Governed by Numericals . 
It has been 300 years for the Great Bloody War fought and won by the Legendary Aces to protect the world from going extent .
It caused the world have a distinct rule of having Numericals on human lives .
Every person in the world now have a count imprinted anywhere on his body .The count can be anything which the person is forced to do .

Our protagonist Hina is a young girl which has a count of ' how many hundred kilometers has she travelled.'
Ex. If she travels 100 kilometers, her count will increase by 1 . (that's Something)

The world has next rule which implies the superiority of greater count . The person having lesser count has to obey the higher count person . If one is to disobey ,He has to bet his count .
If the Count reaches ' 0 ' ,The person is sent  to 'The Abyss' which is supposed to be eternal Sleep or Death .The Person can never return .
Hina's mother has been  sent to abyss and by the time she gave a 'Ballot ' , Which is the  supposed to be the one of 6 governing objects of the world .
Her mother told her to find a 'Legendary Ace' who can use the ballot to recalibrate the world to its original form .
Hina encounters  a person named  Litch Bach ,Who has a negative-Count and is also called  One of the Legendary Ace .
But He is so cold hearted that he is not willing to help Hina . The mystery of existence of  Another world and a world governed by Number is so stunning that it takes whole system of brains fire up !
The characters of this Anime are so well defined and powerful that it reminds the character definition of other remarkable  Shonen Anime .

Cautious Hero - The hero is overpowered but overly cautious

Cautious Hero  Strongest people are always cautious on using their abilities .They think they might hurt someone or cause any trouble if they fight . NPC - Non Playable Character .  If you have ever played any open world or rather a video game.. where you see some people called bots or say people inside the game which cannot be controlled by users. These people are called NPC's. They are often seen in role playing games... Where you have to interact with them to get quest or interact with them to get some information in competing the game.  Well, I'm sure you know what NPC means now. We have seen many manwhas which are related to games and gaming systems...
