The fact that he is Black Mage and Uses Evil means to complete his goals is really something to enjoy. He is not a bad guy after all.
The animation of buildings and characters gives you a royal feeling as it's remarkable and can be called Artistic beauty. The fight scenes and sketches are really something to look up...

How to watch anime in Telugu / Hindi and in Indian language ?

Sorry to disappoint you brother, But There is no Way to watch Animes in Telugu as of Today in 2021. There are many older shows available to watch in Telugu , you might get them on https://www.deadtoonsindia.net   if you are looking for Sinchan, Beyblade, Power Rangers, DBZ or Pokemon, and other such shows released before the year 2007.  Currently, there is no any Indian Company or TV channel approaching the Japanese Anime market to produce the Telugu and Hindi language dubbing Animes.
