Bungo Stray Dogs ,Circles around A detective agency which deals with all the Detective Investigations in Yokohama City and Supernatural Phenomenons and Cases around the world .The Agency is known as
" Armed Detective Agency ". An Organization which has Individuals who possess unique supernatural powers and abilities .
Osamu Dazai is main Powerhouse of this Detective Agency and Also a Sucidle Manic. His True Goal in Life is to Commit Suicide with a partner or rather Alone without burdening Anyone and Without any Interference.

Dazai is the ''Soul'' of the Show but Not the Main Protagonist of Bungo Stray Dogs.
We can call him the Show Stealler just like Kakashi or Gojo Satoru.
Doppo Kunikida is a Brainy Guy of the Agency. He is someone who is like a monitor of the class. 4 eyed ...I mean He wears glasses and seems smart. He is typically the Ida Tenya of MHA .
But Kunikida is Also a Bookworm, He follows his 'Ideal' book to follow his schedule in all the day and gets the work done by the Book steps and Philosophy. Typical Smarty with Brains .
Nakajima Atsushi our main centre of Attention , Atsushi is driven out of the Orphanage for not being on guard on the nights of his shift . After leaving the orphanage ,Atsushi has nothing to eat and nowhere to sleep. He may have starved to death. But At the day of his Starvation , He saves a dying man form the river .
But Guess what , That man was Dazai who was attempting his Suicide. Being Saved Dazai is again failed to die and seems dissatisfied with Atsushi. Watching Atsushi ,Dazai takes him for a treat as saving his life .
The Reason for Atsushi leaving the Orphanage was A White Tiger which kept attacking the orphanage. Atsushi assumes the Tiger is after him. The Tiger at all the Food and Emptied the warehouse of orphanage , So The Orphanage Authority banishes Atsushi and throws hin out of their house by saying He doesn't belong here and he is worthless.
(This happens with our every shonen Protagonist )
Well , Apparently ,That Tiger is now in Yokohama where Atsushi is right now and The Case is Handled by Dazai and Kunikida .
Dazai and Kunikida makes a plan to capture this Tiger by luring him by Atsushi . But as the night falls deeper and crystal white Full moon appears , Atsushi transforms into The White Tiger. Dazai ,Knows this all along by the time they talk this while eating.
Dazai is basically the Aizawa from MHA in Bungo Stray Dogs .He has the ability of "No Longer human " which is He can nullify any super power of anyone when he touches them.
Other Detectives Kunikida Doppo (Ability : Doppo Poet) ,Miyazawa Kenji (Abilty : Be not defeated by the rain) Joins the Party .
By watching Atsushi's Potential ,Dazai Let's him join the Team and become the member of "Armed Detective Agency ".
And that's how ,Nakajima Atsushi (Ability : A Beast Beneath the Moonlight) becomes of Private Investigator for Agency .
Fukuzawa Yukichi (Ability : All men are created Equal ) is the President of The Agency and is supposed to be strongest in the Agency . (I don't believe it )* .

Port Mafia an Evil Organisation and Group of Vicious Criminals with indivuals having super naturals abilities are also involved some Chaotic Events in the City. They are most dangerous bunch of groups in the Underground World of Mafia. They call themselves Port Mafia because they are Dealers and Smugglers and Claim Ports as their territories.
Now this is where it gets Ugly .....
Port Mafia is so evil that It kills it enimes without any second thoughts. (It get darker just like Tokyo Ghoul ) They rather enjoy killing superhumans or make them surrender and join them in their crusade.
Black Dogs are the group within Port Mafia which are known for their Bounty Hunting and Same Detective skills as Agency.
Akutagawa (Ability : Rashouman , The ability to devour anything and everything , Even light and Space ) One of the Black Dogs is going after
'WereTiger' who happens to be Our Atsushi .
The Reason behind this is the bounty on white Tiger . The bounty on Nakajima Atsushi aka. WereTiger is 7 billion Yen in Black Market . Therefore, The Underworld is very interested in Atsushi.
But this is not the only reason ....
