On July 29 2000 , Kim Yoon Jung a Girl gets kidnapped by a unknown person.
Her classmate Park Hae Young witnesses her abduction , as Girl (nearly 20 years old) grabs her hand and takes her away.

The news of abduction gets viral and All the Korean Police and Media gets on the track to find the Kim Yoon Jung.
A Boy named Seo Jung Hyung is supposed to be the Suspect of abduction .
Later on , The Kim Yoon Jung's Cold body is found and it becomes is Murder case .
With no evidence the case gets nowhere, suspect Seo Jung Hyung (Medical Student of Sangjin University) gets away and leaves no trace behind but just his Thumb Finger print.
Park Hae Young , tries to reach the Police and tell them , 'The Culprit is not a man ,But a Woman'. But no one pay attention to a little boy and keeps ignoring him.
Detective Lee Jae Han accidentally gets a note from Hae Young . On July 2000 at 11:23 PM, He goes to Sunil Psychiatric Hospital and never returns .
After nearly 15 years ,The case is about to be closed and with no evidence has yet been found and the case has been in met the condition for Statute of limitation (Expiry).
The Police Board of Korea has been working so hard to find the culprit but no luck. They have faced countless shames from news and media .
The Mother of Yoon Jung (Abducted Girl ) has been standing outside the Police Station holding the Banner "Please find the Criminal who killed my Child" for all 15 years . She has never lost hope in Police and Still stands to keep them reminded to find the Criminal.
Our protagonist, Park Hae Young has become a Lieutenant Detective but he still doesn't have any power to investigate the case himself.
On July 15 2015, He gets caught for investigating trash cans. Well , He is not permitted to search in trash cans for neighborhood without permission. After knowing his identity as Detective , Police officer Cha Soo Hyun Lets him go .
While going outside the Police Station, exactly 11:23 PM , He gets a Radio SIGNAL for a walkie-talkie in a trash can.
It was a message from Police officer.....
" I'm Detective Lee Hae Young, Behind the Sunil Psychiatric Hospital from Hanjung-Dong , There is corpse with rope suspended with his neck inside a Manhole ( Water Drainage Line ) behind the Building . It is Seo Jung Hyung ,The Suspect of Kim Yoon Jung Abduction Case . His thumb and been cut off and someone may have killed and suspended him to make it look like a suicide ."
And signal gets cut off.
Park becomes lost for his words ...
He investigates the Walkie-talkie but finds the walkie-talkie was fried and practically useless . There us no way the thing can work.
To make sure it was just a affect of him overworking . He goes to Sunil Psychiatric Hospital on his own.
Behind the Building Hae Young finds the Skeleton down the manhole he has heard of from the person taking through the Walkie-Talkie .
He calls Police Officer Cha soo Hyun.
After medical forensic test , it becomes clear that the Skeleton is of Seo Jung Hyung who was the suspect of Kim yoon jung abduction case.
Only 24 hours remain for expiry of the case and this new evidence makes things complicated for Police Department. They make a report as the Suspect is found at have committed suicide .The case is closed.
Being Personally involved , Park Hae Young doesn't accept this news and Makes Sudden Announcement at News Reporters about the real Culprit is women and She is still roaming freely for 15 years.
This sudden news makes whole Police Department on their edge. Things get too complicated and only 24 hours are left to find the real Culprit.
It becomes a challenge for whole Police Forces to find the Criminal.
This Case is given to Police Officer Cha Soo Hyun and the only witness for this Case Detective Park Hae Young agrees to help in any way possible .
The Dead line is 20 hours ...Before the Statute of Limitation gets into effect,
