This question arises when someone either watched Food Wars or Ramen in any anime . That's great now let's see, What you need to think about while making Anime food .

Anime is from Japan and Japanese Food is not Easy my friend .What you need is not an App, What you truly need is Recipe to make the Delicious and Mouth watering Japanese Anime Dishes  ,So you should probably search for Japanese Recipe for ........ (Fill in the blanks whatever you wanna  cook ).

Well, There can be Apps that can help you with Recipes but why waste time as there are many Japanese and Non-Japanese chef YouTubers explaining it practically and Literally Doing the Art of cooking . 

For example , Ramen ,sushi ,Tofu and rice balls . These are most likely and popular anime foods .
